Fume Hood with Advanced Control System Prioritizing Safety
One of the most hazardous activities conducted in laboratories occurs inside a fume hood. The primary purpose of the fume hood is to ensure user safety, in compliance with international standards such as EN 14175 and ASHRAE 110. This product is proudly certified with a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) of 53.47%.
It is equipped with user-friendly features to support smooth operation, as well as integrated safety alarms and indicator displays to enhance protection.
Interior Design
- The walls are designed using materials such as Polypropylene, Phenolic Resin, Epoxy Lining Sheet, and Fiberglass Coating with Epoxy Resin, while the top table is made from Epoxy Resin Sheet, Ceramic, or Phenolic Resin — all customizable to meet specific laboratory requirements.

Exterior Design
Designed using 1.2 mm thick electro-galvanized steel, coated and protected with epoxy-modified polyester powder coating for enhanced durability.

- The sash is made of 6 mm tempered glass and can be opened up to a maximum height of 750 mm.

- pH Indicator — to monitor the pH condition of the water inside the scrubber tank.
- Equipped with two selectable flow control systems: Adjustable Flow System and Constant Flow System,
both automatically controlling the inverter via a microprocessor. - Low Air Flow Alarm Indicator for enhanced safety.
- Allows face velocity settings in accordance with operational recommendations of 0.3–1 m/s (adjustable up to a maximum of 2 m/s).
- SASH Position Indicator: Displays the current sash opening height in centimeters.
- Temperature Indicator: Shows both ambient room temperature and internal chamber temperature.
- Analyst (Operator) Indicator: Automatically activates or deactivates the internal lighting.
- Power Outlet ON/OFF Button.
- Alarm: Enables or disables (mute) the audio alarm/buzzer.
- Timer Function: Automatically turns off the electrical outlet based on the desired time setting — ideal for managing devices such as hot plates.
Internal Scrubber
An automated design that controls the entire process — from filling the scrubber tank with water to draining it once saturated — all monitored automatically via a level indicator, pH indicator, and timer.
The level indicator utilizes a non-contact proximity switch, ensuring safe operation without direct exposure to chemicals in the water.
Equipped with a chemical-resistant magnetic pump for reliable performance in harsh laboratory environments.
